Sell-Out Shannon

Attorney Shannon Powers

Hired Lawyer, Corrupt Criminal

As James Samples fought for the safety of his children, he and his father independently retained Attorney Shannon Powers. Rather than addressing the dangers present in the household, Powers attempted to conceal methamphetamine use at James’s ex-wife’s residence and the involvement of her boyfriend as a meth-abusing “criminal informant.”

After James Samples exposed corrupt officials who refused to remove his children from that environment, he was subjected to false arrest. Attorney Shannon Powers then withheld material evidence, forcing James Samples to enter an Alford plea and ultimately leave the country to avoid further false arrests.

False Police Report -Child Negligence

Attorney Jennifer Peeler-Peek

Criminal

Attorney Jennifer Peeler denied James Samples the opportunity to testify or present evidence at an emergency custody hearing. She told James that he should never have posted the video of the judge admitting to accepting perjury. After the hearing, James informed her that he intended to file a malpractice lawsuit against her.

She then immediately filed a false police report against James. James’s recordings captured the entire incident.

Prosecutor → Judge → Criminal

Judge Deanna Henschel

Criminal

Judge Deanna Henschel previously worked in the same prosecutor’s office that authorized the methamphetamine use of James Samples’s ex-wife’s boyfriend/husband, Billy Waynick. She and her former co-worker, Meridith Clymer, sought to cover up the meth use and the harm it caused to James’s children. Judge Henschel denied James the opportunity to testify and present evidence, and she conspired with Attorney Jennifer Peeler in effecting a false arrest against James.

False Police Report, false arrest, false imprisonment

Deputy David King

Criminal

Deputy David King is a career criminal. He was terminated prior to completing the police academy for making false arrests. He was later hired by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, where he was working at the time he allegedly made a false arrest against James Samples for impersonating a peace officer by claiming to be an anti-terrorism instructor. James is, in fact, an anti-terrorism instructor. Despite this, James remained incarcerated, in retaliation for exposing corruption online.

Continuance Of Denial Of Testimony And Evidence in McCracken County, Kentucky

Judge Tony Kitchen

Criminal

Judge Tony Kitchen is continuing the long tradition of not allowing James Samples to testify and present evidence regarding the misconduct and judicial nightmares of McCracken County. That tradition was used to trap children in a meth-house, force James Samples overseas to seek foreign asylum, seek James’ false imprisonment for shinning a light on the corruption while trying to protect his children.
