Not Malpractice – Criminal

The Prosecutor filed a motion to prevent me from testifying about meth in the house of my ex-wife, and Billy Waynick, how they authorized it, … However she referred to it as “potential drug-use”

The Public Defender says I can’t testify about anything related to it. The harms it caused, why it would be illegal for me to help sponsor it, …

Billy is jail now because of methamphetamine.

Public Defender

Both Her (in)Actions are Criminal?

Absolutely

She has refused to:
• subpoena witnesses. cross examine Michelle about methamphetamine use in their household,
• subpoena those that used Billy Waynick as a criminal informant and authorized methamphetamine use around my children, …

When Melissa Wiggins’ actions and inaction is to coverup crimes against me and my children, that’s not malpractice it’s criminal.

The difference between “Potential” and “Actual” is substantial.
A lawyer not knowing the difference is malpractice.
A lawyer that knows and then denies me due process to conceal the crimes against me and my children, is criminal.

About the Author

James Samples, founder of Electric Expert, Protection Guys Security, and Agent Eyes Technologies, writes from hard-won experience. After enduring false arrests and systemic corruption that tore his family apart, he was forced to leave the United States with the evidence in hand. Through his Judicial Center series, James brings truth, resilience, and justice to light.

Judicial Center does not instruct readers what to think or how to act. It presents documented allegations of criminal conduct by officials and systemic failure to prevent or stop it. The evidence is offered plainly, so readers may examine it and draw their own conclusions.

James Has Authored Books About Corruption

Judicial Center is a series of books written by an electrician, James, not to attack officials or incite action, but to tell the truth. He wrote it so his children would know he never abandoned them—that he was driven away from them by deep corruption in McCracken County, Kentucky. Through his writing, James sought to expose the officials whose actions placed his children in harm’s way and to create a clear record of events, both to protect his children’s rights and to defend himself against potential future false arrests. This is why Judicial Center was written.
