As the author of the book Judicial Center, I could be legally liable if I claim that the Finnish Migration received something that they didn’t receive. There have been multiple issues with emails not being received and I also received a letter telling me that a jump-drive couldn’t be read by Finnish Migration.

Päivi Päivärinne of the Lappeenranta Legal Aid Office has sent attachments to the Finnish Migration on my behalf. She also provided me with an email address that I can send attachments that I deem important.

It’s important to me morally to ensure that I don’t make untrue statements. It would also put my mind at ease to know the material that I deem imperative to my asylum case, did, make it to the Finnish Migration.

Update: I’ve just been notified that none of my Attachments sent via the email address provided to me made it to the Finnish Immigration Service.

“Dear James,

The administrative court gave an interim decision in your case and, unfortunately, they did not stop the enforcement of the Migri decision. They were really quick about this, since the police couldn’t deport you before the interim decision. There are no specific grounds that they say in the decision, they just wrote that “no reason to stop the deportation has emerged”. I should send them this missing material that wasn’t available to Migri when they made the decision, but it takes some time to investigate it.”

 – New Attorney

Dear New Attorney,

Missing material is what’s needed and we are out of time, so I suppose I should keep it simple. Below this text to the right, “Sent March 4 Opened March 28” is an email that wasn’t even opened by Päivi Päivärinne until two weeks after the asylum decision. That email could have contained anything. Means, nothing that I send matters.

What it did contain is the book full of messages, affidavits,.. other admissible material including descriptions thereof,… It is a rough draft (293 pages) describing the persecution and hardships that my children and I have had to endure. It’s the blue book at the top left of this page, Judicial Center.

That email with attachments wasn’t the only one that she didn’t open until March 28th. Due to a botched asylum attempt, I ask to file a complaint against Päivi Päivärinne.

Since there are no indications that I won’t be persecuted again as described in the omitted material, I ask for a halt of an enforceable deportation. Since unsent material is new material, I am asking for a new asylum. As I have 14 TB of data to cheery-pick from, I ask for assistance from an attorney to help me with a new asylum.

Thanks, James Samples

Complaint Against Päivi Päivärinne

Päivi Päivärinne is an attorney responsible for forwarding attachments to James’ asylum. She was less than assertive, as well as failed to open some emails until after the asylum decision.

Emergency Request

James’ request to the Helsinki Administration Court requesting to halt deportation and request new asylum.

Request for New Asylum

92% of the material James submitted to Päivi Päivärinne failed to make it to the Finnish Migration. Therefore, James requested a new asylum.
